To create an account on nupk, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts registered with false or fabricated details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited. Verification of the mobile number and email address provided at registration is mandatory.

Each person may only hold one account. Even if different family members have separate accounts, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may be flagged as suspicious. nupk reserves the right to investigate such cases.

Nupk strictly does not serve anyone under 18. Date of birth is required at registration and is verified. If it is later established that a member created an account while under 18, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

Parents who wish to prevent their children from accessing nupk are advised to use parental control software on their devices. If you have a complaint regarding an underage member, please contact support@nupk.my.

Deposits and withdrawals on nupk are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes, though identity verification or security checks may extend this.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must go back to that same bKash number. This is a required anti-money laundering measure.

All deposits must come from your own payment source. Third-party payments are not accepted and, if detected, will result in account closure.

Any member may close their account at any time by emailing support@nupk.my or letting us know via live chat. Before closing, please ensure there are no active bets or pending withdrawals.

Nupk may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or legal obligations. During a temporary suspension, the account cannot be accessed, but the balance remains protected.
